The past few years have seen a tremendous
increase in hotels installing high speed internet systems to provide
their guests with high speed access to the internet. Most companies
have mobile staff. They spend a lot of time at hotels and get much
of their work done from there. Many companies establish contracts
with hotels that have high speed internet access and refuse to deal
with one that does not!

services:
- Wireless Internet Solution: The wireless solution
provides wireless internet access to all guest rooms, meeting
areas and office areas. The systems will deploy POE to all access
points, this prevents the extra costs and hassle of installing
power outlets. We use existing conduits and wiring to route our
wires. The system will provide advance routing features and a
defined level of security to all clients. Firewall and IDS systems
are integrated in our solutions. The installation process normally
takes about two days with another additional two days for
programming and testing. Every room in the hotel is tested for
optimal coverage and throughput. We guarantee that the
property will meet the requirements or we will make the necessary
changes free of charge.
- Wired Internet Solutions: Our wired
solutions utilize existing CAT5, CAT6 or CAT7 cabling to the rooms
to bring internet connectivity to all the rooms. Even though the
work is a lot more extensive, it is in most cases worth it. Many
property owners value the simplicity of a true plug and play type
of connectivity. All rooms are provided a clearly marked outlet
for the guests to plug in a patch cable and proceed to the sign on
process. Firewall and IDS systems are still implemented in the
system.
- AAA Services: Whether wired or wireless
(more so in wireless) hotels require authentication services to
ensure authorized access to their internet service. Many hotels
have paid access for increments of bandwidth, which will also
require AAA services. This, especially in wireless environments
helps the hotel control the users on the network.
- Remote Management and Tech Support: For
both our wired and wireless solutions we provide 24/7 technical
support services for the guests when they have configuring or
connecting to the network with their laptops. Remote management of
all the equipment at the property enables us to remotely monitor,
make case by case analysis and make changes to mitigate issues
faster.
