Our typical projects are composed of three phases: Design, Implementation and Testing.

The Design Phase is a very important phase as it determines the overall success of the new system. Any good design will include plans for fault tolerance and hardware redundancy without the costs associated with redundant hardware. The second phase is the implementation phase. This phase is carried out carefully by our team to reflect the design phase for the system to be a success. Proper execution of the phase is critical to the success of the system. The implementation process is seamlessly accomplished with consideration to avoid any interruptions in the regular business activities. The key is, we work behind the scenes, we work while letting the client business run like normal, like any other day.

The testing phase is the final phase, where we test the whole system for functionality. The users are trained on the system and given any information that may be pertinent to it. Most of the testing is done during the first few days of usage by the end user. The end users will be able to determine how well it meets the business needs and if there are any shortcomings that need to be addressed.
